Upcoming Meetings
Board Meetings are typically held the third Wednesday of each month at 10:00AM - but sometimes need to be rescheduled. Board Meeting Agendas will be posted to our website with any reschedule details at least 24 hours in advance of any meeting.
All Board Meetings can be attended in person or remotely (per request), providing the opportunity for citizens to submit oral and/or written comments. However, these are structured business meetings, and ground rules apply as such:
-Written comments may be recieved at any time, but requests to speak and/or be placed on our meeting agenda need to be received, in writing, by Friday at noon prior to any scheduled meeting.
-Requests to speak should be emailed to the Board Secretary: jer@swalley.com. Requests should provide ample detail and background information outlining what you wish to address. Requests will be forwarded onto Board Members, with reciept confirmed.
-Citizen input and speak-time will typically be limited to 3 minutes per person.
We encourage all business matters be discussed with District Management prior to adressing the Board with any concerns or problems. The Board is not involved with day-to-day operational business matters, and charges the District Manager with general staff oversight and policy interpretation / enforcement.
