The current version of our Development Handbook was reauthorized in 2022. Applicable annual fees are outlined in our Fees, Fines & Assessment Policy or may be determined based on the specific nature and scope of your proposal.

We encourage you to review these documents carefully prior to contacting the District’s General Manager for additional information, to initiate the review process for a proposed development or crossing, or to discuss rights-of-way, easements, and any anticipated encroachment activities.

Please be advised that fees, fines, and civil penalties will apply to any unauthorized activities within District easements.

For all water right and easement information requests we require that the following link/form be downloaded, filled out, and returned to the District via email or snail-mail. Fees are listed on the form and will be calculated by us based upon your request after we recieve it.
