The most recent version of our Development Handbook, V1.1 was authorized in 2022. Specific fees are either spelled out in our Fees Policy, or are discretionary based on the nature and scope of your proposal. Please review the following documents closely and contact the District's General Manager for more information and or to start the review process for your proposed development, crossing, and or to discuss our rights-of-ways, easements, and the encroachment activity you are considering. Fees, fines, and civil penalties will apply to all unauthorized activities within our easments.

For all water right and easement information requests we require that the following link/form be downloaded, filled out, and returned to the District via email or snail-mail. Fees are listed on the form and will be calculated by us based upon your request after we recieve it.
