General Field Staff Hours:  7a - 3:30p Monday - Friday.  On-call/emergency staff conduct water monitoring tasks Saturdays and Sundays during irrigation season.

The Emergency Line should only be used for true emergencies such as canal breaching, flooding, reporting major damage or hit infrastructure, etc.

All water orders and flow check requests shall be processed through the main office and will be addressed within 24-48 hrs.
