Development Handbook Policy / Water Right - Easement Inquiries / Fee Schedules
A revised version of our Development Handbook, V1.1 2022 was last approved by our Board of Directors on December 21, 2022. Please review the following documents closely and contact the District for more information and or to start the review process for your proposed development, crossing, and or to discuss our right-of-way easements and the encroachment activity that you may be considering. Fees, fines, and civil penalties may apply to unathorized activities or encroachments within or near our easements and infrastructure.
For all water right and easement information requests we require that the following form be filled out and returned to the District along with fees. Fees are listed on the form and will be calculated based on the request.
Swalley Irrigation District (the "District") is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible to all

Ongoing Compliance Information
Compliance Coordinator
The District has designated a Compliance Coordinator for website disability-related accommodations. The Compliance
Coordinator has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best
practices and requirements.
Compliance Procedures
The District is working to ensure all website content complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act
and controlling State laws. In an ongoing effort to continually improve and remediate accessibility issues,
the website is regularly scanned to ensure ongoing compliance, and timely changes are made to any inaccessible
content if found.
