Mr. Andrade is a retired Deputy Fire Management Officer, Interface Fire Specialist, Incident Commander, Criminal Investigator; U.S. Forest Service, Oregon Department of Forestry, and of the Department of Homeland Security. Tom and his family have lived in central Oregon and within the Swalley Irrigation District for multiple decades. His robust and successful career in natural resources at the federal level, and knowledge of public processes, make him uniquely qualified to serve as a Board Member of Swalley. In his spare retirement time Mr. Andrade stays active operating a hay farm, serving as a Range Officer at the Redmond Rod and Gun Club, and holding an office with the Knights of Columbus. Tom has been married for the past half-century and has two grown children.
