Mikayla is generally responsible for AP/AR, protection and fostering of District water rights and transfers, and first-line public communications. She also serves as assistant to the District's general manager and works on several special projects and other administrative tasks. Mikayla is our in-house expert on water rights and transfer procedures and is well versed in the general rules and policies of the District.
