Field Technician Breck Flanagan-Caldwell

A Bend native, Breck serves as a Field Technician for Swalley. Breck is primarily responsible for shepherding water through the north end of our District as a ditchrider and monitoring hydropower operations, but has many other seasonal responsibilities and duties. Breck holds a Bachelor's of Science in Natural Resources, Forest Ecosystems and Society from OSU where he specialized in conservation and technology as applied to watershed management. Breck holds several other qualifications such as ArcGIS, First Aid, Defensive Driving, and Hazard Communication First Responder Awareness certifications that make him an asset to our District and patrons. We are happy to have Breck as a part of our team.
