Recently we lost a great friend, colleague, and director; Charlie Holm, RIP. The Board is actively working to appoint an appropriate person to carry on Charlie's legacy -- to fulfill his Board responsibilities and term. Charlie was a worldclass businessman with financial and engineering acumen that rounded out with a healthy dose of fairness, old-school common sense, and hands-on hard work. Whether building international data centers, volunteering on water projects in Africa, loving family and friends, or running down sage rats on the farm, Charlie was one of the greats, and is sorely missed.
