Individuals wishing to speak—either remotely or in-person—shall submit their request by noon on the Friday preceding the meeting, or as otherwise permitted by the Board President. This is an opportunity for citizens to communicate to the Board on matters that are not otherwise on the agenda. Time is limited to 3 minutes.
