Board Meetings are open to the public and typically held the third Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m . Upcoming Board Meetings will be announced on our website and agendas will be posted at least 24 hours prior to any scheduled Board Meeting. Approved Board Meeting Minutes are available upon request.
Per request, all Board Meetings can be made accessible remotely, providing the opportunity for members of the public to submit oral and written comments. Written comments may be recieved at any time, but requests from the public to speak remotely, or in-person, should be received by Thursday at noon prior to any scheduled Board Meeting, or as allowed by the Board President the day of the Board Meeting. Requests to be placed on the Board Meeting Agenda should be emailed to jer@swalley.com by Thursday at noon prior to any scheduled Board Meeting.
Swalley Irrigation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
