Mrs. Ferguson has over two decades of experience in office procedures, administration, finance, and bookkeeping. She is generally responsible for AP/AR, protection and fostering of District water rights and transfers, and first-line public communications. Kathy also serves as assistant to the District's general manager and works on several special projects and other important tasks. Kathy is our in-house expert on water rights and transfer procedures, and is well versed in the general rules and policies of the District.

Swalley Irrigation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Swalley Irrigation District
