Board terms are 3 years. Election are held second Tuesday
in November.

CHAIRMAN, GARY BLAKE
Gary Blake is an owner of Deschutes River Ranch in Tumalo and operates the ranch with 33 acres of water right. Gary is a former board member of Tumalo Irrigation District, so he came to the district with experience both in business as well as irrigation district operation and policy. Gary has been on the board since 2005.


VICE CHAIRMAN, BOB DICKEY
Bob Dickey has been a resident of Central Oregon since 1977. He managed the family business, Bend Kampground, for over 20 years. The campground closed in 2005. Bob took some well deserved time off to enjoy family, friends and the Great Central Oregon Outdoors. Prior to owning and managing the business, Bob was manager of other restaurant operations. Bob and his wife Laurie have district water rights at their residence in Bend. Bob has been a supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, working with them since 1992. He has been a board member of SID Six years, serving as Secretary/Treasurer for the district.
BOARD MEMBER, ANDY TILLMAN
Andy Tillman and his wife, Dr. Cheryl Tillman live on the original Swalley homestead, developed by Ed Monroe Swalley in 1904. With 67 acers of water rights, they are one of the largest SID water users. Andy has raised alpacas and llamas for 30 years. The Tillmans have one of the largest herds of suri alpacas in the United States. They have raised numerous national champion alpacas and llamas both here and in South America. The Tillmans are one of only three companies to import alpacas and llamas to the United States from Bolivia or Peru. Cheryl is a large animal veterinarian. Andy served five years on the Deshcutes County planning commission representing the Tumalo area. Andy has been a board member since 2003.
