Vice-President, KEVIN CREW
Kevin
Crew is a registered engineer with 24 years of professional
experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering
and 12 years of irrigation engineering experience
in Central Oregon. Kevin has been a Swalley patron
for nine years. He looks forward to lending his
experience on improvements of the irrigation system,
while also assisting the District with upcoming
decisions as it faces increasing urbanization issues.

President, BOB DICKEY
Bob
Dickey has been a resident of Central Oregon since
1977. He managed the family business, Bend Kampground,
for over 20 years. The campground closed in 2005.
Bob took some well deserved time off to enjoy family,
friends and the Great Central Oregon Outdoors. Prior
to owning and managing the business, Bob was manager
of other restaurant operations. Bob and his wife
Laurie have district water rights at their residence
in Bend. Bob has been a supporter of the Boy Scouts
of America, working with them since 1992. He has
been a board member of SID since 2002. |
